What I'm Looking For

My next role.

I'm looking for a Senior PM role. I think analytically, speak both business and engineering, and can cover ground that often requires a dedicated analyst.

🌐Remote · Ukraine & worldwide 🏢Product company or B2B scale-up 🤝Long-term collaboration 🧩Complex product 🚀Team that cares about how they work 💬Strong communication culture 📐Strong design & engineering culture 🎯Outcome-driven culture, not output-driven 👥Strong cross-functional collaboration 📈Growth stage or scaling product team

I'm not looking for my next job — I'm looking for the right team. One that ships intentionally, values clarity, and gives senior people the room to actually lead.

Value I bring

Why companies
hire me.

Four things I consistently deliver — regardless of domain, team size, or stage of product.

Projects at once
01
I reduce time-to-market without adding pressure.
Growing teams waste time reinventing process every sprint. I build delivery systems — from structure to reporting cadence — that reduce friction and give teams the clarity to focus on outcomes, not coordination.
02
I eliminate the gap between strategy and execution.
When business and engineering speak different languages, products fail silently. I sit at the intersection — translating ambiguity into actionable plans that both founders and developers can execute against with confidence.
03
I scale delivery capacity, not just headcount.
I've worked across 11 domains in 7 years. The delivery challenges are always the same — only the context changes. I get productive fast, ask the right questions early, and don't let domain unfamiliarity slow the team down.
04
I integrate AI so teams work faster, not just differently.
I don't just use AI personally — I introduce it to teams in a way that actually sticks. Documentation, status reporting, risk analysis and meeting follow-up all get faster. Teams spend less time writing and more time thinking.

Product Domains

11 domains.
One delivery approach.

Seven years across industries. The context always changes — the delivery discipline doesn't.

How I Work

From discovery to delivery.

Not a list of tools. A description of how I think, what I focus on at each stage, and what I create along the way.

Also involved in pre-sale — scope estimation, effort breakdown, and expectation-setting before the contract is signed.

AI-Assisted Work

AI in my
daily workflow.

Not a list of tools I've tried. How I actually use AI to move faster, communicate clearer, and reduce team overhead.

How I lead

8 principles I
lead by.

Not values from a wall poster. These are the decisions I actually make, the patterns I actually follow, and what I hold myself to first.

Beyond the Resume

A few things CVs
don't usually say.

How I think, how I communicate, and what it's actually like to work with me.

🧠
How I work with teams
I ask a lot of questions early and document decisions immediately. I work well with technical teams because I respect engineering time and rarely interrupt with things that could be async. I communicate proactively — no one should have to chase me for updates.
💡
What people don't expect
I started in marketing and sales before becoming a PM — so I understand how clients think, what they're afraid to say, and what they actually need to hear. That business-side instinct still shapes how I manage stakeholders and prioritize features.
🎯
My working style
I lean toward structure, but I'm not rigid about it. I introduce process where it creates value and remove it where it adds friction. I'm calm under pressure, direct in communication, and genuinely enjoy the messy early stages of a product.
🌱
Outside of PM
I'm based in Lviv, Ukraine — working remotely with international teams is my default, not my backup plan. Outside work I read obsessively, follow product design closely, and mentor junior PMs because I remember how hard the early years were.
